I drank Urasato's light nigori earlier this year and was very impressed 😀.
After that, I had the second version of the same light nigori at chuin 😇
It was totally different from the 1st version I had last time 🤣.
Mr. Kawada of chuin-san's explanation convinced me 😇.
This must be the great skill of Mr. Urasato Touji 😀 😀.
Mr. Kawada says that even if the same ingredients are used and the same brewer makes the same sake, it will be completely different depending on the toji's blueprint 😀.
Compared to the 1st sake, the 2nd sake has a more subdued aroma, but I felt again that this one has a better depth of flavor and depth of feeling 😀.
The ability of the master brewer to make such a difference with just a blueprint is still amazing 😇.

Good evening, Yasubey😃.
It's hard to believe that Urasato light nigori, 1 and 2 have exactly the same sake rice and yeast 😳.
Kawada-san from chuin's story is also very informative ☺️ He will be holding a Urasato meeting soon, so I guess he is getting more Urasato fever 😊.

Good evening, Yasube!
I have a bottle of this girl in my fridge.
Aladdin pushed me to get it and I found it lying in the fridge 😃.
It looks delicious and I'm looking forward to it 😌.

Good morning, Yasube 😃.
Many people say that the 2nd one is better than the first one 🤗How the world of sake 🍶 is deeper than the sea 🤔.

Hi Aladdin 😀
I'm grateful to you for introducing me to a great place where I can drink a variety of wonderful sake and learn a lot 🙏.
The Urasato-san sake comparison is very appealing, but the young master brewer's meeting is also very appealing, so I'm wondering what to do 🤣.

Hi @Mizuhashi 😀
If you had had the 1st one, I'm sure you would have been impressed with the difference 😇.
Of course, even if you haven't had the 1st one, I think you would still enjoy its deliciousness 😀.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Really, many people say that besides me 😀.
Of course I think the 1st is good enough 🤣.
Mastering sake which is deeper than the ocean seems to be steeper than climbing a mountain 😅.

Hi Rafa papa 😀
When I drank the 1st one, I could taste the taste from the aroma, but when I drank the 2nd one, I was overwhelmed by the taste😇.
I also preferred the 2nd one in taste 😀.
