When the bottle was opened, the lid flew off after a long time (pick up the lid immediately or it will spill).
It has a strong gassy feeling.
Slightly melon-like topping.
The same fruity aroma as the first sip, full rice flavor and soft sweetness, citrus-like acidity and bitterness typical of nigori sake, and the slight spiciness of the alcohol makes it go down smoothly while retaining the rice flavor.
It is juicy and fruity, but not showy and well-balanced, so it goes well with meals and is refreshingly delicious on its own.
When poured into a glass and the temperature rises a little, the sweetness comes out and the bitterness weakens.
It goes well with pork cutlet, fried oysters, boiled salted rockfish, and kombujime spicy cod roe.
