From basic silver
Slightly gassy
The top is blackcurrant and floral jasmine.
The nose has hints of juicy herbaceous green apples.
Served cold, it is light and crisp, but not too thin-bodied, so you don't feel shortchanged.
The umami spreads with the aroma, and there is a slight bitterness and astringency on the finish.
It is served with a cup of soup stocked with tomatoes and cucumbers, which are always on hand.
Not so good with potato salad.
It would also be delicious with horse mackerel meuniere 🤤, I thought as I drank the whole bottle with spare ribs in hollowed-out meat.
At room temperature, it is like a sponge!
According to Mr. Kato, the master brewer, it was created in the image of Ms. Chiaki Kuriyama in the movie "Kill Bill"... 🤔.
The only thing that comes to mind when I think of Chiaki Kuriyama is "Ryugi no Ryugi" 🍺✨.
