I could only drink the last post I did on New Year's Day, so I'll bring home some sake for New Year's and enjoy it at home 😅.
First of all, here it is 💁.

It's always exciting when you buy sake that comes with a box 😍.
I opened the bottle with high expectations 🍾.
The bottle seems to have been fire-aged, but it opens with a lively popping sound✨.
The aroma is hard to describe, but it's a fruity mix of various fruit aromas, green apple if I had to list them.
When you take a sip, you will feel a pleasantly energetic gasiness, followed by a sweetness and acidity reminiscent of a cider!
The nose has a strong apple aroma with a hint of pineapple and muscat.
The sweetness is not sticky, but smooth and elegant, and the umami spreads slowly with time.
The flavor spreads slowly over time. At the end, there is no bitterness or other unpleasant taste, and it fades out like water....
It's so good!
I'm convinced that the price is right 👍
The alcohol content is also low at 13%, so you won't get tired of drinking it at all 😋.
I was going to drink it slowly over time, but I almost finished it in one day😅.
