Purchased at liquor stores. Rarity is very high in some places. Sake from Miyazaki Prefecture was not available anywhere, and I was finally able to purchase it. With this, I have finally conquered the sake of each prefecture. I have been swamped with sake for about three and a half years. It seems like a long time, but it was short. Cold sake. Not much aroma. It is a little heavy, with a sour taste at the beginning, but gradually a unique flavor develops. It has a slight shochu-like flavor, probably due to its Miyazaki origin, including preconceived notions. It has a heaviness and depth of flavor different from sake from Hokuriku and San'in regions. The aftertaste is sharp and lingers normally. We had it with chicken tataki from Miyazaki Prefecture. It would go well with dishes with strong flavors and dried fish. Suitable for intermediate to advanced drinkers.

Thank you all for your comments 😊. After having conquered the whole country, I realized once again that sake is very deep, as each region has its own characteristics and trends in taste and aroma, and each prefecture is also divided into different regions 😂. I will continue to enjoy the sake life!
