Onsen to commemorate the couple's 60th birthday. Doing nothing but relaxing. We chose a local Shinshu Daisetsuken. The aroma is muscat, maybe, but it's nice. The sweetness and riceiness is elegant and fits perfectly with the bitterness of the sweetfish. Shinshu is delicious. I hope the flood damage in Noto will not be too severe.

Hi WOM 😃 Nice trip for you and your wife to return to Japan... ☺️ relaxing and doing nothing is the most luxurious thing 🤗 and if there is sake 🍶 and hot spring ♨️ then all you have to do is sleep 🫠. We will catch up in a few years! Safe travels in Noto, we'll be praying for you too.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby. I was thankful again for an ordinary day, and really enjoyed the beauty of a special day of doing nothing. They said we should do our best to be normal tomorrow. Please keep up the good work.

Thank you, Pon. The presentation of each one was heartbreaking. The main skewer was a sweetfish, and the other skewers were cucumber, polinky, and fu. Each one was delicious with detailed work.
