The sake I had reserved in time for the Nigorinpic was also a light nigori-style sake from Kuheiji, which I entered into the Nigorinpic in a hurry 😀 As you can see, it was not nearly as cloudy as the previous light nigoris.
As you can see, compared to the previous light nigoris, there was almost no hint of nigoriness 😀.
I compared the supernatant and the stirred one, and it tasted just as good as it looked 😀.
It had a fruity taste like other light nigori, but it was a bit dry, but you could feel the sweetness of the rice 😀.
It's delicious ❤️
Today we compared Urasato and Tasake's light nigori, which had been opened earlier, and Urasato was the most fruity 😀.
Today I tried Tasake warmed up to lukewarm and it was also delicious... even my wife who is not good at warming up sake said the Tasake light nigori warmed up was delicious 😀.

Kuheiji-san looks delicious too! I completely forgot about it this year 😆 Aside from that, I'd love to try a heated bottle of the lightly nigori rice wine from Tasake, which is OK with Kaorin as well 💦 Too bad I can't get my hands on some ❣️ sake.

I think brewer Kuheiji is a pretty famous sake, but you don't see it in many sakéwa posts 🤣.
Everyone seems to be busy trying new flavors, no time to go back 😅.
