Today's sake was a Junmai Daiginjo by Yamazan 😀 It is hi-ire, but it was fresh and tasty with a raw feel 😀.
It was fire-aged, but it was a delicious sake with a freshness that made me feel it was still raw 😀.
I felt it was in the same vein as Velvet from Motomine Tsuru, which we compared and it didn't feel out of place when we drank them side by side 🤣.
Well, we are not good with taste, so maybe we just couldn't feel it well 😀.
But anyway, this Yamazan Junmai Daiginjo was also a very tasty sake😇.
And of course, Velvet from Kibotsu Tsuru 🤣.

Good evening Yasube, I've never had a pure Dai Speck🤤Kinmon Nishiki sake from Yamazou, so I'm very curious ✨I guess I'll have to expand my sake activities to get one 💨.

Good evening, Yasbaye 😃.
Yamazan-san is similar to Dewa Sanzan 🙄.
But still, how can it be fresh when it's fire-roasted 🤔I'd love to experience it 😋.

Good morning, Yasube!
I had this one from Yamasan the other day and it is delicious 😋.
I also saw Kifotsuru at Takashimaya in Minami the other day, so I'd like to go shopping there again 🤗.

Hi Nao888 😀
I'm addicted to Nagano sake, so I'm walking around in search of Yamazan, Kamerei and Gokotsuru 🤣.
You can buy them if you walk 15 minutes from Hankyu Sojiji 😀.

Hi Hiro 😀
Originally, Dewa Sanzan is a child of Nagano's sake rice Miyamanishiki, so it might have something in common with Nagano's sake 🤣.
Fresh is good even if it's fire-brewed 🙆♂️

Hello, ma-ki-San 😀
It was fun to compare Yamasan and Kifotsuru 😇
Both of them have a strong umami flavor up front with a sweetness that is not cloying, so they are very similar in direction😇.
