I asked for Hitogokochi and the owner let me try Yamae Nishiki as well 😅This is the first time for me to try Yamae Nishiki hiyake.
It has a fruity melon aroma. The clear, soft, elegant sweetness and deliciousness that is typical of Shinshu Kamerei is impressive. If you want to drink it by itself, this is the one.
I finished the day with shrimp, cream, and a batch of rice (photo #4).

Good evening, Pon!
The owner of the restaurant wants to add more hard-to-find sake in Nagoya 😅I heard he is targeting Kinjaku, so I told him I'd love to have it 😁.
The ramen and other snacks are delicious ✨

Good evening, Manta-san😄.
Shinshu Kamerei is hard to find in Nagoya, so it's very rare to find a place where you can drink it 🍶.
Tomato ramen is a must when you come to Nagoya 🍜✨.
