Eiko-Fuji and Akono-Yuki were opened 🎉.
I bought this Akebono Wing 🪽 recommended by the liquor store.
I bought it in February this year, and for some reason I let it sleep 😆.
The concept is a white orikagari waiting for spring, which is pretty much out of season 💦🙏.
It has a sake level of -14😳 and they recommend it for sushi and sashimi!
Anyway, I paired it with squid sashimi as my main dish 🦑.
I'll have it right away 🥂🥂.
First of all, it was so gassy and white that I stirred it as soon as I opened the bottle.
The aroma is fresh and sweet!
When you put it in your mouth, you will be filled with bubbles 🫧🫧 and the milky sweetness will come to the fore!
It finishes as it is with a lingering sweet and sour taste.
No pungency, bitterness, or astringency.
This is also delicious 😋😋😋.
A sweet, adult cream soda with absolutely no cloying taste!
You can't even taste the rice 🌾, it's not fruity, it's just milky🐮💕, gassy and gulpable... it's dangerous. ⚠️
It has 16% alcohol, but you don't feel it 🤣.
I finished it in no time and fell asleep 😅.
It went well with squid sashimi 🤔.
This is good on its own 🤤.
The milky orikara is the best ✨.
I'm sure I'll be back next year👍

Eikofuji, I sometimes find it heavy too, but I think the nigori type is quite easy to drink 🥰Morinokuma-san loves it too 🐻.
