Here we are, Osaka's "Yoimonoichi" in front of Sumimichi station.
I immediately went to see the booth and there it was: ❗️
It's a new sake from Tsuyamasa Sake 🤗.
First of all, I had a glass of the new sake with sakekasu oden (rice topped with sakekasu) 😋.
It is light nigori 🤍.
It has a good balance between a moderate sweetness and an underlying acidity 😙.
It is fresh because it is a new sake, but thanks to the light nigori, it is mellow on the palate.
The balance between the green apple-like sweetness and acidity and the light nigori rice flavor 🌾 is well balanced, creating a harmony of sweet and sour 🎶.
It is easy to drink without any unpleasant elements.
It went well with oden with sakekasu 🤗.
