It's the season of the red dragonfly, I guess it's the sign of winter 😅.
We compared 2022 and 2023. My favorite is 2023, it is more acidic and has a crisp and refreshing taste, but also has depth.
The 2022 is blended with Kame-no-o and Omachi, but the 2023 seems to be a single Yamadanishiki.
It was a great night to see them again and I was happy to see them again.
