I took a weekday off and went to Kawagoe again this week.
Koedo Kurasato is the site of the former Kagamiyama sake brewery.
After tasting Koedo, Tenranzan, and Toyoake at Showagura, a sake tasting place, we went to Meiji Kura, a souvenir shop.
There is a Kagamiyama store and a paid tasting corner.
I am a fan of Kagamiyama, but this was my first tasting here, and I decided to try a Daiginjo of Yamadanishiki, which I had never had before.
This daiginjo has a nice aroma and a dry sharp taste.
There was a barrel of sake on sale, so I bought it.
I would like to complete as many of my favorite sake brewery Kagamiyama's sake that I have never had before.
I am looking forward to it.

It was Kawagoe on a weekday for the third week in a row.
The kikisake place was very quiet and it was like we had the place to ourselves. I was very happy to see you.
There are some good izakaya (Japanese style pubs), and I feel that Kawagoe is an interesting place.
