The other day, I heard that Gyve-san was going to stop by chuin-san at the end of his solo trip, so I thought I had to meet him and we had a drink together 🍶.

It was a short visit but I had a great time 😄.
So here are the drinks I had that time.
The first one is an unfiltered unpasteurized sake from the Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai 2023 Secret Course by Honkin.
The Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai is an annual hanpukai held by several sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture (including Sake no Ikusakaya) and lasts for 8 months from April to November.
Of course, I learned about it from Mr. Kawada of chuin😅.
Sake in Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai does not reveal any specific names or sake rice, so you can enjoy it the way you feel it without thinking about it: ☺️
Fruity aroma typical of Nagano sake.
The mouthfeel is smooth, with a slight sweetness and umami, followed by a sourness that is the main component.
The lingering taste is quite astringent and tight.
Yes, it is delicious and typical of Nagano sake. ☺️
In Osaka, Hata Sake Shop carries it, so I'd like to try some more 🤔.
