Koei Kiku was found at a liquor store on a short trip. I opened a bottle of "Hakutsuki", which I had never had before.
It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with 100% Jinriki. It has a slight effervescence that tingles on the tongue. The acidity passes down the throat pleasantly, and the taste is clear and clean. This is delicious. ‼️
Enjoy it slowly and cool it down. Delicious. ‼️
