This sake is only available at the end of the year. It is rare to find a Hououmida with active nigori. I didn't get it the previous year, but this time I got the last one. The aroma is very nice. It has a beautiful and elegant atmosphere. It has a gentle sweetness, and the sweetness and bitterness seem to be at odds with each other.
It is said to be an active nigori, but it is not vigorous at all😅.
Jun-dai sake with 40% rice polishing ratio is not suited to be a vigorous sake.
