I am back home. As usual, I found a bottle of Kawanakajima Genmai at a liquor store where my husband, who is a loser, wanted to buy it. You're not the one who drinks it! I'm not sure if I'm right or not 😂.
Takeshon, I don't know if I can go to Kajika no Yu because it is far from the city, but my sister gave me the information about your relative's bakery 😂.
On a quiet note. I heard that this store used to sell Kawanakajima Genmai before it became popular, and I wanted to get a draft of it, but I had to give it up because it was in a bottle😅.
However, the owner's sake discussion was very interesting, and there was a wide selection of high quality sake. In the end, we decided on Sakunohana.
Sakunohana is my favorite brand, but I was attracted by the stylish (lol) label and the 375ml size. It seems that they use a high malic acid producing yeast (Nagano yeast P43-14) to bring out the best flavor. As a lover of acidity, I was a little disappointed that the acidity was a little too gentle, but I could fully enjoy the sweetness of ripe apples 😆.

Good evening Joe 😃.
I knew it was too far away. If you go there, please buy them a lot of bread. It's delicious 😋.

Good evening Joe! 😄
Your husband is too nice to want to buy Genmai even though he's a "downer" 😆👍I've never seen Sakunohana but I'd like to drink it 🤤.

Good morning, Joe 🎣Correction 🍶.
Good morning, Mr. Joe 🍶. When I was a salesman with excellent grades, I used to go on a "hot spring tour" of Shinshu 🍶 Kajika no yu ♨️ which you can see from the national highway 🎣Correction🍶.

Hello Joe 😃
We too visited a liquor store for Genshu Mai before, and they recommended Saku no Hana to us after we couldn't find it a few times.
I hope your husband can get it 👍.

MAJ, good evening ♬♬ I'm a downer, but I like the story of the makers of sake, and the mechanics of yeast and such? (lol) I think I like it. Sakunohana, I hear it's not available much outside of the prefecture, but I recommend it 😆, by all means!

Good evening, Kyuzo! Yes, Minami-shin 😅, an isolated island on land, it's a challenge to return home. I like your tour of the hot springs. It is a salesman's prerogative to enjoy the local specialties! Kajika-no-yu is located along Route 151, so it's a winner! It's a good idea!

Jay & Nobby, oh my! I knew it was hard to get Genmai. We, too, were recommended Sakunohana instead of Genmai 😊 We were able to try Genmai raw at a bar! We were lucky to be in the prefecture 😆.
