Purchased it the other day along with Yamae Nishiki from the sake brewery.
Opened the bottle with a pop, and the acidity was very bright!
Muscat-flavored, sweet, fruity sake 🍶.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcoholic content 16 degrees
Mikotsuru tastes good with everything 😋.
By the way, when I went there last year, they had Shinshu sake T-shirts with various brands printed on them.
I wanted to buy one this year, but it was a limited edition only for last year,

The back of that place is a sake brewery and they have recently reopened for tours, so I would recommend that too. I was given a quick tour by a toji before Corona. He gave me a quick tour 🤭.
