Today we are going on an expedition to Ume-no-yado. Ume-no-yado is known for its aragoshi fruit wine, but I prefer junmai sake! So I will have Dry-san, which is the most refreshing and dry type of Ume-no-yado's sake. At room temperature. The aroma of sweet rice is refreshing and calm. It has a smooth mouthfeel. The light acidity passes through the nose, and the soft sweetness and slightly caramelized rice flavor are pleasantly smooth. Overall, it is easy to drink with a refreshing bitterness. When warmed, the acidity is subdued and the flavor becomes more subdued. It can also be served warmed. The taste is umami spicy, but it is not extremely hot. It was perfect for everyday drinking. Ume-no-yado Sake Brewery holds a limited event called "kids' brewer experience" during the summer vacation, and my child participated in it this time. The event consisted of entering the koji room, touching koji, and having an adult take pictures of the kids putting in the oar. The moment we arrived at the Ume-no-Yado, my child looked at the parking lot and noticed the snake's eye. The results of his daily education for gifted children were shown without regret ^ ^. Oh, of course, I did not make him drink!

Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami. I would have liked to enjoy more Nara sake since I went all the way to Katsuragi, but I had to give it up this time because I had to accompany my friend. I would like to know more about the depth of Nara sake!

Good evening, pyonpyon. Ume-no-yado was a beautiful brewery with a view of the vivid green mountains of Katsuragi. The tour course was interesting and easy to understand even for beginners!

Good morning, Hirupeko 😃. Good plan to enjoy the sake brewery with parents and children 🤗. I have never had Ume no Yado, but there is a liquor store in my neighborhood that sells it, so I would like to try it next time👍.

Good evening, Nemuchi-san. This sake is called "Alphabet Series", isn't it? Come to think of it, there were indeed many different kinds. I wish I could have gone there by train and tasted it 😩.

Good evening, Pon-chan. I sent my own child to the event 🤭He experienced eating a little rice malt, but he said that everyone froze the moment he explained that it was mold. There were also many kinds of sake 😊.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening 🌛Unfeigned SAKE is a mixture of English and French words such as dry, nouveau, cuvée, harvest, etc., so I named it an alphabetical series 😅I recommend tasting it ❗

I see - the alphabet series is easier to remember than the unfade saké! I vote for Nemuchi's naming 😊I wish they'd offer a shuttle bus from Yamatotakada so I could do a tasting!

The name of this sake, Un Series, originally came from Mr. Harper of Tamagawa, who invented the name "Unfiltered Sake" in English letters while training at Ume-no-Yado. I should read that correctly 💦.

It's called the Un series, isn't it? I had never heard of it before. Thank you for telling me. I'm sure the Un series fits better 😁But I didn't know Harper came up with the idea... I'll look into it now💦.
