It's been a long time since I've tasted Hirotogawa.
The sake is a very popular drink in Japan. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not 🤣.
I know Hirotogawa is delicious, but it's hard to express how good it tastes. I can't express how good it tastes.
The aroma after opening the bottle is gorgeous 🤩.
Melon? Sweet aroma with a hint of sweet honey.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the rich juicy flavor spreading from the smooth mouthfeel, and then the spiciness and light sourness will start to kick in.
The acidity is also soft and gentle, so I drank it in spontaneity and managed to finish 1 gou on the second day 🤣.

11/22 business trip to Shizuoka City 🚅!
On the way home, I went to Ishibeya, the original Abegawa Mochi shop 🤩The eccentric eldest son, the good-natured second son's grandfather.
The quaint building is a store and they start making the mochi after you order it 😦.
Much delicious! I've only had it once, but it's completely different from the ones you can buy at souvenir shops, so if you have the chance, please do!
