This is the last time after a long day 😁.
We had a last drink here 🍶.
Hanaboe Yamahai Junmai Nama-no-Hara Sake.
Apple-like aroma, sweetness on the first sip, then a mild cheese-like matured full-bodied umami and underlying astringency, followed by a sharp finish and a lingering aftertaste that quickly disappears.
I was already very drunk, so my notes were only fragmented and I'm not sure if I got it right😅.
It's been a while since I drank this much, but I'm very happy to have had so many different kinds of sake in one day 😁.
I'll repeat and recheck the ones I'm not sure about in my review ✨
With this, the Fukui Spring New Sake Festival marathon is complete🌸🏃💨.
