Saijo Sake Brewery Tour (3) You'll be surprised at how close you can get to any of the breweries within a couple of minutes' walk 😳. Next, we went to Kamerei Sake Brewery. For a fee, we tasted Yoshidaya, a limited edition sake from the brewery. It was still full, refreshing and spicy! I thought every brewery's sake would be delicious with a meal! As a souvenir, I got a bean-candy covered with sakekasu powder! It was delicious with a hint of aroma and soft sweetness 😊. Shirobotan Sake Brewery has a reserved group? Too bad we couldn't get in 💦. Too bad the Sake Brewery Alley wasn't open early enough 😟. To be continued

Good evening, Pon 😃. You are enjoying Saijo (normal time), starting with a visit to the castle 😄 Was your mother kind at Fukubito or the clerk at Kamoizumi? I hope you also experience the madness during the sake festival 🤣.

Pon-chan I have never had Kamerei, but as a Shinshu Kamerei lover, I have often seen it and was curious about it (laugh). Sake lees powder bean confectionery is very unusual. Sake seems to go well with sweet Japanese sweets.

Pon-chan, good evening 🌛I love the Saijo sake brewery tour 🥰I have an image of Hiroshima sake being dry with a strong rice flavor, but it must be special to drink it there 🤤I think I'll start with Fushimi or Nada for a brewery tour 🤔 Enjoy ✨

Hi Hiro 🐦. The lady at Kamoizumi is very kind but also very good at recommending 🤣I've found many women in Hiroshima to be friendly and pushy 😊Maybe a good match for Kochi 🎶.
