This is a directly pumped version of the nama sake we drank the other day.
It has a similar taste, but the directly pumped version is more fruity and sweeter, and I prefer the directly pumped version.
Slightly bubbly and juicy sweetness like citrus and grapes.
Not bad, but my expectations were raised too high because last year's Hyogo-Nishiki Nama was too good...
I thought it was too good, but it became sweeter, juicier, and tastier on the second day than when it was just opened.
I'm curious to know if there's a new Hyogo-Yume-Nishiki Nama Sake out now too 🤔.

Thank you, Neemuchi 🙇 I was able to make it last time without being exposed as the last number.
I was able to get there last time without being discovered, so I thought I could do it again this time, but they found out 😁.
I will try to follow Kamosho Brewery as long as I can 😊.

I'm celebrating with a sake from a small brewery that is doing a great job! I'd like to meet him, though it's not easy for me since he always drinks so deliciously 😊.

Thank you Ponchan 😆.
I was going to go with a different sake, but in the order I drank it, I ended up with this one 😁.
I can buy it because it happens to be near me, but it's a hurdle 🤔.
