As was the case last time, this time too, when you enter Takekuma Sake Shop, there is a bottle of tasake in the refrigerator by the entrance 😁.
And it's a red comet✨!
Naturally I had to buy some of this too 😍.
The aroma is like green apple and the rice smells full of rice.
I feel a slight fizziness only on the first day and, as is typical of Tasake, a beautiful sweetness. I feel the acidity is more crisp and clear than usual. Finishing with bitterness, this is a well-balanced sake✨.
I'm glad I bought it after all 😊.
