しぇり〜Sequel to Sogape
Yesterday, we compared the first yeast "Numeroin", the second yeast "Deux", and the third yeast "Trois".
Numeroin."
It is the lightest of the three. It seems to be good as a food wine 🙂.
Doux.
It is easy to drink for those who don't like dry sake 🤔.
Trois.
It is sweet and delicious. It has less acidity than "Deux", so the sweetness is enhanced, but you can also feel a little bit of spiciness 🤔.
And compared to the second day's "numérosis"...
I liked the Ikedalot better than the regular Numérosis because it tasted more intense, but today it feels even thinner than the "Numéroin" 😲.
At this point,
I think "Deux", "Trois", "Numeroin", "Ikedalot", and "Numérosis" are tastier in that order 😲.
2nd day
The taste of "Numeroin," "Deux," and "Trois" are becoming similar. I also drank "numérosis" and found that it was supposed to be light until yesterday, but now it tastes sweeter 😲The difference in taste between the 5 bottles has disappeared and they all seem to have become sweeter.
Tomorrow I will drink "Lia Sake Naturale" and "Ilya Sonton"! It's a luxury to compare 7 sogapé bottles!
