I hope to have a wonderful sake life this year as well, using your posts as a guide.
First of all, I aim to check in 1000❗.
I will start the first bottle of the New Year with Kudokibe, a New Year's Eve and New Year's tradition.
I think it is a little more acidic this year. It is a little more tangy than sweet. It seems to be more rounded if it is left for a while. There is a slight pungency, but the usual richness is there. I think it will probably be best after a few days, but since I opened a four-pack bottle quickly and easily, I'm done with just the freshness 😅.
