I'm opening a bottle of my cherished Shinshu 🐢 age-san 😀.
It's still delicious😇
I really prefer it raw, but I can feel the freshness that I can't believe it's fire-roasted 😇.
I'll be away from Sake no Wa for a while due to time constraints, but I'll do my best and come back as soon as possible with a power up...no need to power up that much 🤣.
