The second bowl at Kushiro's Kushiro Aburiya is made with Fukuji's Hanamasu flower yeast 🍶.
It has a gorgeous aroma and is gentle on the palate. This sake has a full flavor and a refreshing acidity.
Fukushi-san has been selling PB and various types of the inn since then in Kushiro city 🤔.
The photo shows Kushiro Ramen, which is one of the four best ramen in Hokkaido. It was a soy sauce ramen with an oily coating, just like in Hokkaido.
Also, for breakfast, we had salmon and salmon roe on top of oyako-don at Salmon Banya, and grilled harasu on the Robata (fire pit). I will post this on the food log later ✨.
I will be back home tomorrow for the last day, but today was a great birthday, seeing the sea of clouds in the morning and marimo in the evening at Lake Akan👍.
