I was walking around Eki Marche to get something to eat before the off-line meeting... I found Yamanaka Sake store!
We decided on rice balls with chirimen sansho, pickles and soup.
I chose Toichi, a sake I've never had before.
100% Yamadanishiki
Polishing ratio 64
Alcohol 15%.
Soft sweetness and acidity with a clean aftertaste.
Because of its rice flavor, it went well with 🍙.
Yes, 🍙 is also a blend of Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Koshihikari from Shiga Prefecture, and it was very delicious!
And alternating between the soup and sake 😁.
Can't get enough of it 🍙❣️
