After opening the bottle, it has a very fruity and fresh aroma.
It has a freshness like green apple or pear.
When you put it in your mouth, the fresh fruitiness spreads in your mouth just like the aroma, and then the refreshing sweet and sour taste follows.

It surpasses Genzai's Tokkyujo in freshness 🤩.
The aftertaste is also light and pleasant, but a little longer!
This is better and more enjoyable on its own than as a food sake👍.
As you can see from the slight bubbles that stick to the glass, you can enjoy the initial shwash 🫧.
