As a native of Aomori, I have to try this 😍.
I heard it's made by mixing apple paste 🍎.
Smells like fruit yogurt.
The sweetness of doburoku and the sourness and flavor of apples are the best match 🥺.
The mouth feel is like doburoku or amazake, but then the apple taste spreads in your mouth.
The alcohol content is only 5 degrees, so even I, a person who can't drink much alcohol, could afford to drink it 😉❤️.
If they sell this all over Japan, it would sell like hotcakes regardless of whether you like sake or not. ......
