Today's sake is also a continuation of yesterday's sake, Ariiso Akebono, which survived the earthquake in Himi 😀 Yesterday's was a draft sake, but today it is a fire-brewed junmai-shu.
Yesterday it was a draft, but today it is a fire-aged junmai sake 😀.
Of course, we will be comparing the two sakes we opened yesterday, Ariiso Akebono and Nitoshi 😀.
Kaorin is separated from us again today, so we started the laboratory with 3 bottles side by side 😀.
With a wife, you can't play this kind of game very often 🤣.
At first I had them in hiya 😀.
As I thought, I liked the Ni-Utsuri's raw taste the best because it has a firm sweetness and umami flavor 😀.
The taste of Aiso Akebono was almost the same between the raw and the hiya 😀.
Then...I roasted 3 bottles at once in hot water up to 40 degrees Celsius 😀.
Unfortunately, Ni-Rabbit... I knew before I tried it but the taste was too chunky and the hiya was not sharp and tasty... Sorry for experimenting just because I knew what I was doing: 🙇♀️
I'm sorry for the experiment, I just knew what I was getting into........
However, the raw one was getting a bit sour, so today's Ariiso Akebono was the best when it was heated 😀.
This heated sake was delicious and I really hope the brewery will revive it soon 🙏.

Good evening, Yasube 😃Kaorin continue to take care of yourself 😌.
Drinking Ariiso Akebono and cheering for it, good for you. ☺️ It's also very interesting how the flavor opens up differently when heated up between the raw and the heated versions 😊The two hares...everything is a challenge 😁.

Mr. Yasube.
Good morning...
I love the sake lab 🤣
It's a little bit luxurious to compare sake, isn't it?
And it's not easy to open 3 kinds of sake at the same time!

Hi Pon 😀
Sorry...I made a mistake😅
Akebono is in Himi city, not Nanao 🙏.
We are neighbors though 🤣.
I have little experience with heating sake, but it was still the best heated sake I've ever had!

Aladdin, thank you for your concern 😀.
I'm a little more than happy to say that I finally managed to go a day without a fever 😀.
I really felt bad for Ni-rabbit because I knew that before the experiment 😅.
I'll make sure I end up with a proper hiya.

Hello, Koizo!
With Kaorin with me, it was a really good chance for me to take on such a drastic challenge 🤣.

Mr. Yasube. Excuse me here as well. Yes, that's right. I think many small warehouses are structurally vulnerable to earthquakes. Himi, Niigata-Kashiwazaki, etc. also suffered damage. I hope everyone will come back!

WOM, thank you too 😀.
I was impressed by the sake that survived amidst so much damage, most of it ruined 😀.
I hope all the sake breweries will come back 😀.
