Of course, I immediately asked for it!
So, the third and last drink of the year at my favorite yakitori restaurant was Shinmasa from Shinmasa Sake Brewery!
This time it was Yonotori!
I first fell in love with kijo sake when I stopped by Akita on my honeymoon and bought a bottle of Shinmasa, so I was really looking forward to the Yonotori as well!
Since we were there, we asked the owner and waitress to drink it with us!
Let's start with the sake!
First, the aroma. It has a gorgeous aroma, doesn't it?
When you put it in your mouth, you can't get enough of the refreshing sweetness of citrus fruits!
Refreshing citrusy taste that lasts until the aftertaste!
After all, it is the one and only one of its kind!
Even though it is a kijo sake, the fact that it has such a refreshing sweetness and umami was really irresistible!
I had nothing but gratitude to the master until the very end!
