Special Thanks to the two SAKENOMIST tonight.
First of all, I don't pop into Sake Run in principle, but I like and cherish my encounter with sake (and conversation with the staff) at the actual store, and I am a lees holder.
And finally, I was able to get it!
Tasyu Tokusyu‼!

Wow! The ginjo aroma is so strong that you can smell it even if you don't put your nose close to it.
I wonder if it's from No. 7 or No. 10 yeast?
My impression after drinking it was quite different from the image I had at first.
This is a "classic ginjo-shu" of the royal road.
In terms of sake quality, it is like Kubota's Manju or Tatenogawa.
In other words, it is 55% polished, but has a translucent mouthfeel as if it is even more polished than that. It is juicy and on the blue side.
The apple-like sweetness and acidity is the flavor itself!
Serve well chilled 😉.
Actually, I just recently saw it for sale at a mass retailer that isn't Yamaya for less than ¥3000 ......😑👎.
