After a three-drink kaku-uchi at GINZA SIX, we went to a nearby Aomori restaurant. I went for the sujiko natto donburi, which was introduced by ⁉️ Instagrammer Foreign Deb, a famous meat lover, but I knew that Aomori is famous for sake ‼️, so I had this one. I thought it might be Tasake or Toyohai, but since I was there, I went for my first sake. It has a gorgeous sweet rice softness and a slight elegant acidity. It has a freshness that can only be found in nama-shu. Served with local Aomori cuisine such as suji natto donburi, Kuroishi tsuyu yakisoba, etc. 😊.

Mr. Joe Good evening. I have not seen Rokune Ruby since 2020. I have not seen them again, so I am very envious. I have heard that there are many antenna stores of each prefecture in Ginza...so I am thinking of taking a walk there soon.

Joe-san, good morning ☀Sujiko natto donburi is pretty common for me personally, but I guess they don't do it much outside of Aomori 😳I would like to go there if I can have tsuyu yakisoba 😳.

Good morning, Mashiranoyama 😃Yes, Ginza is a treasure trove of antenna stores! 😆 And if you are looking for izakaya (Japanese style pubs), there was a maniacal bar on the first floor and basement of Shimbashi Ekimae Building No.1, a short walk from Ginza 😆.

Good morning Harry 😃Another drinking run 🤣. Rokune and Sogape are both recommended although in different directions 😊 Let's have an offline meeting in Tokyo next time with Aomori cuisine and natto as the main course! I think only Manachie-san might come 😅.

Good morning, Prince Manachy! What! Suji natto donburi is also a local dish of Ibaraki? ⁉️ I didn't know that 🤣. And the tsuyu yakisoba was delicious too! I'm sure this is a definite Aomori natto off-line meeting 🤣.

Hi Pon 😊 I didn't know it was so popular here ⁉️. I looked it up and it won the Wineglass Tasty Sake Award 3 years in a row 😆. I hope you can find it too 😊.
