Today's sake is a 2023 Junmai-shu from Keiraku 😀 After drinking a lot of fruity Kizuchi, I thought it would be too much like sake to drink at home.
After drinking a lot of fruity Kido, I thought it would be hard to drink something too sake-like at home, so I chose this Junmai-shu from 寫楽さん.
It is a delicious sake with a fruity taste combined with a robust rice flavor 😀.
It brought our house back to life after the short summer break 😀.

寫楽 instead of rice also sounds good... we have a standard sukkiri sansho for yakiniku, but I'll try it with 寫楽 once 😇.

After so much Kido samadai, it's not so easy to go back to sake with a strong rice taste 🤣.
寫楽さん was a great sake to restart drinking at home because of its balance of rice flavor and fresh sweetness😇.
