October 1 Sake Day Held✨
Memorandum of Go Around Osaka
2nd restaurant, Yuni Yumo.
We arrived 15 minutes before opening and waited 15 minutes to get in.
The entrée was an eel cream croquette.
The sake served was Junsei 12 yeast and Yamadanishiki sake rice.
We ordered an additional order of the Akinata fish, which was a surprisingly tasty mousse-like dish that we had never had before 😍.
The sake was so good that we ran out of sake after just one lick, so we added more sake.
The acidity that is typical of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast and the flavor of the firm rice make the darker Akinatai dish flow through cleanly!
Both were delicious💘
