I can't describe it but it has a refreshing aroma!

A slight fizziness followed by a refreshing sweet and sour taste
A cool cider like sensation 😆.
I was expecting this refreshing feeling and it was perfect with grilled pork loin with lots of garlic and cheese 😋.
