This time it is Hanakaze. I had been curious about rice and agave, but hadn't had a chance to drink it. The retro, eye-catching color lured me in and I brought it home. It is a sake that I want to open today, when the sky is clear and blue after a series of downpours. It is served cold and shaken well. It is white and lightly cloudy with fine bubbles. The top aroma is of white flowers and grapefruit. From the soft, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, the sweet and sour taste of fresh, concentrated grapefruit flows gorgeously through the mouth, and the lingering aroma of softly returning koji and the bitter bitterness of hops make it a sake that can be drunk easily. It is similar to the sake we drank at the end of last year, a collaboration between Pukupuku Brewing and Terada Honke, but I think Hanakaze is drier. It is strange that the combination of low-polished sake and hops gives it a bewitching taste like citrus juice that is hard to believe it is sake. Sake and other cultures mingle in this sake. I would like to try it with ethnic or spiced curry 😊. Oh, but it can go with bean cake without bean paste 😋.

Hi Hirupeko, good evening! I've never had a craft type, but the bewitching citrus juice sounds kind of delicious ✨✨It seems lighter and easier to drink than the low milled volume ✨I'd like to try one.

Hi Hirupeko, Good evening 😃I actually had this the other day and was thinking of giving it to you around today ‼️ It's amazing how the bitterness of grapefruit comes out so well in sake 💕I thought "I love it" the moment I had it 😆.

Good evening, Yasu-san. I was not able to drink the rice and agave, so I was happy to come across this sake 😊The craft saké and the matured sake have a different taste that is hard to believe that they are from the same rice and swamped in the depths of sake.

Good evening, Wakata. It has a delicious pink grapefruit-like flavor 😋 Like the way you take it from a stylish bottle of rice and agave to a bright, retro-inspired label, you are a leader in craft saké 😊.

Hi Peco 🐦. Waka and continue with your delicious review ❣️ I will never forget this drink 😆 The label, which is not a craft saké, is also very impactful 👍.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. The design of the hops swinging in the retro label is cute and nice, and the label has an interesting pingree-like flavor 😊If you see it, I'm sure you will!

Good evening, Pon-chan. I fell for your strategy of keeping the price low and making the label retro with a big impact when craft saké is inevitably expensive 😆 I hope you do too 💕.

Hi, good morning, good morning. That was unexpected - I thought the sake was sold out, so I was too excited to find it in my neighborhood 😆 I'm not sure about the pairing, so just for reference💦.

Good evening Peco! I thought it would have a classical taste like J&Noby said, but it's a dokkoi greffle! But it's just ......... and it's agave, so it must be expensive, right? 😅

Good evening, Mr. Lan 🌙The price is in the low 2,000s since we are releasing Hanakaze to keep it more restrained than Inabe and Agave. The quintessential craft saké had good consistency in sake quality after opening the bottle 😊.
