This maniacal sake is made from four different types of sake rice (Sake mother: Gohyakumangoku, Sokemai: Kame-no-o, Naka-mai: Koshihikari, Tome-mai: Koshitanrei) made by different farmers.
The aroma on the nose is faintly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mild acidity and a slightly sweet flavor.
It was quite delicious 🍶😊.
