GANO
A special junmai-shu made from Ihyakumangoku with a 55% polishing ratio
It was bought by my father when he went back to Niigata.
It is smooth on the palate, but the aftertaste is quite sharp.
It smells like old-fashioned sake and is quite strong.
I don't like dry sake, so I won't be repeating it.
