When I was wondering what to drink on New Year's Day, a friend of mine bought a delicious looking sake as a souvenir from a trip, so I let it sit in the fridge until the new year 😆.
It had a gorgeous aroma and a strong flavor, and the alcohol content was high, but I drank it in the morning 😜.
It seems to be an original product of "Kogama", a hot spring hotel.
