Sparkling Ancient rice brewed Kiyokai 13%.
It is brewed by Nikko Honor. I wonder if the type of rice is the same as that of Seikai. It is sparkling, but only slightly carbonated. It is quite sweet, and even given the alcohol content, it is a juice.
My personal feeling is that if you expect a sharp sparkling wine, it is something else. It is more like a dessert wine. It is sweet, so I guess it is like a sparkling wine that is popular with people who don't drink wine very often. Oh, this is delicious! Don't get me wrong.
I brought it to glamping and the atmosphere is perfect!
