ふぐちり
It is a sake planned by a liquor store called Masudaya in Tochigi Prefecture and made by Iinuma Meijo.
It is colorless and transparent, with a high alcohol content of 17%, but it is easy to drink.
Rather than having a sweet or sour taste, I enjoyed the sake in a neutral way.
