つよぽん
Compared to last night's Meiho Akagi Junmai Ginjo, the aroma was less intense.
The "Beware of opening the bottle" label was not a joke, and when I turned the bottle around to mix in the lees, the fizzy sensation was unbelievable.
I opened the bottle as if I was opening a bottle of Ramune.
When I put it in my mouth, a refreshing pear-like sweetness spread out, and it was strong at the same time.
The sweetness of pear-like flavor spreads in the mouth, and at the same time, the strong gaseous sensation is irresistible.
The Meiho Akagi series seems to be a brand under the "Akagi no Megumi" brand recommended by Maebashi City.
It was not sold by the manufacturer, Sei Shuzo.
Sei Shuzo has a sake called "Kantou no Hana" made from the same rice and with the same rice polishing ratio.
We will update this page later.
