This shochu is made only in Aogashima. Normally this potato shochu is made with rice malt, but Aogashima uses barley malt, which gives it a slightly crispy aroma. The taste is a little suppressed at the moment you put it in your mouth, but later on, the sweet and savory taste remains on your tongue, and you can enjoy it for a long time. It's crazy good. ‼️
