It's full-bodied and mellow, just like a pure sake.
You can feel the flavor of the rice, but it has a clean finish, so you can take another sip at ...... and drink more of this sinful sake as it gets sticky.
It was a waste of time and I drank it straight, but it's a strong and robust drink, and I think it's delicious on the rocks, as the official recommendation states. I'll drink it with that next time.
