The first sip after opening the bottle gives off a shwashy sensation that spreads to the palate.
The gorgeous umami flavor escapes through the nose.
It is good to drink as an aperitif as the umami of rice spreads on the palate. It is also a perfect match with pickles.
On the second day, it has a more robust sake feel.
The aftertaste is clean.
You can enjoy the change in flavor over time, but I think I prefer the first day.
