PNK
Purchased at Coop Sapporo in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido, on a business trip.
This is good!
Dry but mild.
It is dry but mellow, with a hint of hinoki (Japanese cypress).
It's so well balanced!
It's a versatile sake!
Of course, it has some travel spices.
I paired it with kaiseki cuisine at a hot spring ryokan in Noboribetsu.
It goes well with sashimi.
I tried every other dish that came out, and nothing didn't go well with it.
The "Kitayorigai mussels with green vegetables" was a nice dish.
The taste of the sake did not fade away even though I was drinking it with various other dishes.
This means that this is probably very tasty.
It seems to be a Co-op Sapporo exclusive.
Is it only available at Co-op Sapporo?
It tastes good as a sake, and it has few peculiarities, so it can be easily matched with food.
I am very happy when I find such an unexpected and wonderful sake.
At any rate, what I can say is that it is not at the level sold in supermarkets.
It was about 1,600 yen, but it was well worth the price.
I had a saké from the collaborator, Sanzen Sakura Sake Brewery, in Otaru last year.
