Limited edition of Eiko Fuji.
Crystal silver in color.
The aroma is of apples, pears, bananas, melon, pineapple, and other plentiful fruits.
In the mouth, there is a surprisingly strong acidity along with a mild sweetness. There is a good balance between sweetness and acidity, as well as caproic acid ethyl-like sweet flavors, with a full-bodied bitterness in the finish.
I heard it is a very limited edition, but I got it at Kakuyasu. It is quite tasty.
